How online job support works

From your first message to your first session is usually less than 24 hours. Here is exactly what happens, and how sessions run once you have started.

  1. 1

    Tell us your stack

Use the contact form or WhatsApp. Share your role, your technologies and versions, your timezone, and what you need help with — daily tasks, a specific project, an incident or interview prep.

  2. 2

    Free consultation

A short call to understand the work and confirm we are a good fit. If confidentiality matters, we sign a mutual NDA here. We then propose a plan — task-based, monthly or hourly — and a quote.

  3. 3

    Get matched

We pair you with a senior engineer who works in your domain and can cover your hours. For monthly plans this is a dedicated person so there is continuity.

  4. 4

    Work together

Sessions are over screen-share (Zoom, Google Meet or Teams). Your engineer helps you read the codebase, work through blockers, review your changes and understand the fix — so you can do it yourself next time.

  5. 5

    Between sessions

Async help over chat for quick questions and PR reviews. On monthly plans you can book same-day sessions whenever you are stuck.

  6. 6

    Adjust or stop anytime

Scale sessions up near a deadline, down when things settle, or pause entirely. No lock-in and no notice period.

Session formats

  • Scheduled — a recurring slot in your working hours, good for steady daily support.
  • On-demand — book a session when a blocker appears; typical wait is a few hours on monthly plans.
  • Task-based — you hand over a scoped piece of work; we deliver it with a walkthrough call and documentation so you own it.

Confidentiality

We sign a mutual NDA on request. Your identity, employer, repositories and data are never shared. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit consent. Engineers use your screen-share rather than taking copies of code.

Tools

Whatever you already use — Zoom / Meet / Teams for calls, Slack / WhatsApp / email for async, and your own IDE and repo during sessions.
