What is online job support?
Online job support is one-to-one help for a role you are currently working in. You keep your job; a senior engineer in your technology and timezone joins you on call, shares your screen and helps you work through real tasks — a failing build, an unfamiliar framework, a design decision, a production incident, or a feature you are not sure how to structure.
It is closest to having a patient senior colleague on demand. The goal is that you understand and deliver the work, learn the parts of the stack you are weak on, and become independent — not that someone silently does your job for you.
